HR Director
Managed recruitment, training, and retention of members in the sorority. Led team meetings, organized events, and fostered a positive organization culture.
Events Internship
During my internship, I took over management of the Production team's Instagram. I gained experience with high-profile talent, security clearance, and managed clearance wristbands for staff and attendees. Additionally, I assisted with budget organization, staff registration, event schedules, pre-show shopping, and managing petty cash. In a fast-paced environment, I learned to adapt quickly and was trusted to provide input on stage layouts and ensure a flawless visual experience by spotting small design errors and helping with prop placements.
VP of Recruitment
I led recruitment planning for the university, overseeing the update of recruitment rules and bylaws, coordinating with the university, and managing logistics with the university. I collaborated with the social media director to develop a unified voice for promotions and planned a content calendar, resulting in over 1,200 sign-ups. I strengthened my leadership skills, managed a team, hosted monthly roundtables, and was fortunate to gain skills that have set me up for success in my professional career.
